OWN
No matter your financial situation or building type, we work with you to make your dream a reality. If you are deciding to self-pay, Direct Structures will request a 15% deposit before installation with the remainder of the payment total due at the end of construction.
Rent-to-Own
Rent to own can be an option for buyers who cannot qualify for loans for their metal building. Once you apply and get approval, you will be given a monthly payment schedule. Once you complete your schedule of payments with options up to 60 months, you will become an owner.
FINANCING
Take advantage of our financing options. For traditional financing and rent-to-own options, our team will discuss the application with you in person or over the phone.
